Although our main work involves designing extensions and refurbishments
for existing old homes, Colonial Concepts sometimes gets asked to design new homes for vacant blocks in new estates or as
"infill housing" in existing city areas.
Our fees and process can vary somewhat depending upon your requirements.
Single storey cottages, two storey residences or rambling mansions
and homesteads are all possible with Colonial Concepts.
We may also be able to get builders we know to price your project too.
